The Mini 1 BMS is a high-performance, safety-critical MOSFET solution specifically engineered for low-voltage applications ranging from 12V to 48V+ (3–16s). Developed as a MISRA C:2012-compliant and fully unit-tested project, it provides the rigorous software integrity required for mission-critical industrial, medical, and robotic products. Its advanced thermal design allows for a true 90A continuous charge and discharge without the need for an external radiator, significantly reducing the footprint in compact enclosures.

Designed for seamless system integration, the Mini 1 features a built-in 5V/12V DC/DC converter to power external peripherals and an intelligent auto-wake function that transitions the unit from an ultra-low 60μA sleep mode upon detecting a load, charger, or ignition signal. Hardware safety is prioritized with lightning-fast 30μs short-circuit detection and integrated MOSFET transient voltage protection, ensuring robust performance in unpredictable environments.

  • Scalable Parallel Architecture: in an upcoming revision support for connecting up to 32 units in parallel, easily configured via physical DIP switches for massive capacity scaling;
  • Advanced Thermal Monitoring: Equipped with 4 dedicated temperature sensors to ensure granular thermal oversight across the entire pack;
  • Precision Balancing: High-efficiency balancing at ~200mA (@ 3.4V) maintains cell uniformity and extends the operational lifespan of the battery;
  • Extensive I/O Capability: Features 4 programmable inputs and 4 programmable outputs, providing the flexibility to interface with external contactors, cooling systems, or custom triggers;
  • JST PUD series connector;
