Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped worldwide with Incoterms DAP or EXW, via third-party fast delivery courier service with online tracking and signature as a proof of delivery. Delivery terms for large orders will vary, please contact our sales management department for details (sales@emusbms.com).
Shipping fee includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and packaging fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment as well as the country of delivery. Shipping fee will be included in the invoice. Duties, taxes and levies, including V.A.T. – if applicable –, shall be paid by the Customer on all shipments.
Emus is not responsible for any shipment delays. By ordering from us, the customer accepts the risks of delays during package delivery.
UAB EMUS company is selling battery management systems. We do not trade information about our customers, rather keep it secret. Providing personal information to us, which is needed to complete a purchase, is safe, as it will be used only for the purposes of trade of battery management system protected with due care.

UAB, EMUS is giving two year warranty for all EMUS product line. Non-functional or damaged products will be replaced free of charge. Damaged products includes items that have been damaged during shipping. If a shipment arrives with apparent shipping damage, contact us immediately and send pictures of the damaged package as a proof.
The warranty will be void if the returned non-functional products were damaged by customer’s fault. Fault cause will be investigated at our headquarters in Lithuania (see Return policy).
Returned products that are fully functional, unused and in resellable condition, will be refunded. Return procedure has to be done not longer than 14 days after receiving goods.
All products, including non-functional or damaged items for warranty claim, shall be returned to our headquarters: Zirmunu g. 139A, 09120, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Return shipment fees must be paid by the customer in any case.
