Technical Support Engineer (based in South Carolina, USA)
Job description
- Assist U.S customers on EMUS BMS solutions and technical requests on a daily basis (remotely and visiting)
- Collect customers technical features requests and present insights to EMUS headquarters regularly
- Participate on weekly online training/coaching sessions
- Participate at industry’s related events, trade shows
- Organize products shipments to customers in U.S

Skills, competencies required
- Mandatory electrical engineering background or knowledge/experience/hobbies with embedded systems, programmable logic controllers (PLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mandatory personal traits: responsibility, accountability, attention to details, get-job-done attitude, self-discipline
- Ability to work with headquarters remotely
- Ability to participate at exhibitions and trade shows
Preferred Qualifications
- Electronic/programmable/embedded control systems general understanding (Automotive/Industrial)
- Experience in any of e-mobility / micro-mobility / solar-energy storages /automotive industries would be considered as a strong advantage
- Hobbies in mentioned fields
