Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support to customers via email, phone, and online meetings
- Analyze and diagnose customer inquiries using specialized tools, including CAN communication protocol analyzers
- Coordinate solutions with internal specialists across engineering, QA, and manufacturing teams
- Assist in preparing technical project documentation based on customer requirements
- Guide customers on BMS setup, parameter configuration, and integration with external devices
Requirements
- Strong understanding of electronics and embedded control systems
- Knowledge of CAN communication protocols and ability to interpret CAN traffic logs
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze technical issues and propose practical solutions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficient in English for effective communication with customers worldwide (reading, writing, and speaking)
- College or university degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field
