Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide after-sales technical support to customers via email, phone, and online meetings
  • Analyze and diagnose customer inquiries using specialized tools, including CAN communication protocol analyzers
  • Coordinate solutions with internal specialists across engineering, QA, and manufacturing teams
  • Assist in preparing technical project documentation based on customer requirements
  • Guide customers on BMS setup, parameter configuration, and integration with external devices

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of electronics and embedded control systems
  • Knowledge of CAN communication protocols and ability to interpret CAN traffic logs
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze technical issues and propose practical solutions
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficient in English for effective communication with customers worldwide (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • College or university degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field
