This Privacy and Cookies Policy of https://emusbms.com/ Website (hereinafter – Policy) is used when you visit “EMUS”, UAB website https://emusbms.com/ (hereinafter – the Website).

Your personal data on the EMUS, UAB website https://emusbms.com/ is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter – GDPR), Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, this Policy, other relevant legislation and instructions guidelines and recommendations of supervisory authorities.

  • On the segment “Contacts” of the Website you can fill a form in which you should write your name, e-mail address and country you are from. The legal base to use the personal data is the legitimate interest of data processor to contact customers who are interested in EMUS products and your consent when you check the box that you agree to submit your personal data. This data is collected in order to be able to contact you when you fill out the form when you want to buy EMUS products. The data is stored until we provide you answers, but not longer than 1 year, unless you agree that we will use your data for other purposes, which will be stated for you when you give us consent for that.
  • On the segment “Test EMUS BMS risk free” of the Website you can submit your e-mail address in order to be contacted for trying out EMUS products. The legal base to use the personal data is the legitimate interest of data processor to contact customers who are interested in EMUS products and your consent when you check the box that you agree to submit your personal data.The data is stored until we provide you answers, but not longer than 1 year, unless you agree that we will use your data for other purposes, which will be stated for you when you give us consent for that.
  • On the segment “Get samples and test EMUS BMS risk free” of the Website you can fill out a form in order to be contacted to be offered a chance to try out or to buy EMUS products. The legal base to use the personal data is the legitimate interest of data processor to contact customers who are interested in EMUS products and your consent when you check the box that you agree to submit your personal data. In the form you should write your name, e-mail address and country you are from. The data is stored until we provide you answers, but not longer than 1 year, unless you agree that we will use your data for other purposes, which will be stated for you when you give us consent for that.
  • When you contact us by phone or e-mail for any other questions, we will process your personal data, which you provide to us (your e-mail, phone number, name). The data is stored until we provide you answers, but not longer than 1 year, unless you agree that we will use your data for other purposes, which will be stated for you when you give us consent for that.
  • On the segment “Career” of the Website, you can apply for a job by sending an e-mail to cv@emusbms.com. The legal base to use the personal data is the legitimate interest of data processor to employ a new employee who is interested in the position. All the information about the personal data you should provide, how the personal data is processed and for how long it is stored, can be found in the notice on the processing of personal data of the candidates for the employees.

You are not required to provide any of the data specified above but without this personal data you will not be able to use the services of our company for which the data is mandatory.

The personal data, which has been submitted on segments “Contacts”, “Test EMUS BMS risk free” and “Get samples and test EMUS BMS risk free” of the Website, may be transferred to EMUS official distributor in the United States of America, the data would be transferred on the legal basis of your consent, i.e.in case We would like to transfer your personal data to the United States of America, we would contact you to get your consent. Your personal data (name, e-mail) is transferred in order to offer you EMUS BMS products you are interested in.   • Specify, what exactly you are asking for. E.g. what information you want to get; if you want to implement your right to rectification, you should specify what data is incorrect; if you want to implement your right to erasure, you should specify the arguments why you want to use this right; etc.)
  • Documents or other Annexes to the e-mail, which could help to justify why you want to implement a certain right.
