Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)
Job description
• Conduct rigorous testing of software, hardware, and firmware according to specifications and industry standards
• Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of a Battery Management Systems
• Identify and anticipate potential problems that users may encounter, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Manage the bug life cycle, including efficient bug reporting, tracking, analysis, and verification
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of new projects and ensure the adherence to quality standards

Requirements
• Solid knowledge in electronics.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions to problems.
• Exceptional attention to details and a commitment to deliver high-quality results
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
Advantages
• Experience working with task tracking tools such as Jira
• Previous experience in firmware/hardware testing
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools
• Basic knowledge of any programming language
• Understanding of RS232, CAN communication protocols
